This beautiful church is available for lease on a SHARED basis. We are open to other religious organizations sharing the building and would also be open to a daycare operator or other service provider at our discretion. Approximately 10,300 total square feet. The building has been renovated over the years and is in outstanding condition. A modern sanctuary seating up to 225 people, building also features a large lower level fellowship hall, portable baptismal pool, classrooms, kitchen, and restrooms. Sanctuary is available for Sunday services from 8a-10a, 2p-4p, or 4p-6p. Saturdays are also available for shared lease and service times are negotiable. Within your shared lease all utilities are included and you will also be able to hold a weeknight service or Bible Study once per week for a 2 hour period.
